Refunds

Please note, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  No refund will be issued for any purchase of product or gift card.

Defective & Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.  Defective or damaged items will be accepted with 48 hours of receipt with proof of damage or defect.  Please reach out to us at vintagerusticdecor@outlook.com.  Once we have received the required information, we will evaluate the issue in order to make it right.

Cancellation of Online Order
If it is requested to cancel your online order, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your canceled order.  Refunds, less the 5%, will be applied to the same method of payment and will be refunded within 5 business days.
